If you are a 2-year-old founder (toddler founder) or younger, don’t worry, every founder faces challenging moments similar to yours.

Here are some struggles shared by our team at ThinkNow Classroom:

Timing of Quitting a Job: Balancing the need for financial security with dedicating time to developing your idea is a constant dilemma. Fully committing to your idea requires you to think about it every time, everywhere, while talking to anyone and everyone.

Building the Right Team: Finding suitable co-founders involves weighing various factors like experience, sector knowledge, passion, work ethics, trust and commitment levels. Who do you bring on board when you have no incentive to offer?

Establishing a Professional Routine: Transitioning from a structured work environment to self-management can be challenging. You will find yourself conceiving ideas, establishing quarterly goals, creating deliverables for the team, and ensuring compliance from everyone involved (some of them might be your friends).

Pivoting: Constantly reassessing and possibly pivoting your idea is part of the process, akin to Ross from FRIENDS yelling "PIVOT!" There will be moments of doubt, but each pivot is a step forward in the journey.

Don’t you think, it’s time we start valuing a founder by their commitment and bravery, by the change they have brought in their own life, and not solely by investments and customers? Why can’t entrepreneurship be more about the learnings we gain during the process and less about the end result.
